Inspecting Your Product
Upon delivery, please inspect your fire pit for any damage before signing the freight bill. If there is any visible damage, note it on the freight bill and contact us immediately. This will help expedite the exchange process if your product is damaged.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your fire pit to initiate a return.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your fire pit must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging or crate.
Exchanges for Damaged Products
If your fire pit arrives damaged or defective, we are happy to offer an exchange at no additional cost to you. Please contact us within 30 days of receipt to arrange for a replacement.
Refunds
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase and wish to return it for a refund, please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment once we have received and inspected the returned item.
Shipping Costs for Returns
For refunds, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. For returns due to damaged or defective items, we will cover the cost of shipping to send a replacement.
